Over mij: Ik ben een rustige en nette man van 38 jaar met een stabiel inkomen. Ik zoek een zelfstandige studio in Groningen, de stad waar ik jarenlang heb gewoond en graag naar terug wil. Ik ben op zoek naar een plek voor de langere termijn, waarbij inschrijving op het adres mogelijk is. Betrouwbaarheid en zorgvuldigheid staan bij mij voorop, zowel in mijn communicatie als in hoe ik met mijn woonruimte omga. Heb je een studio die aansluit bij mijn wensen? Dan hoor ik graag van je.

Ik ben Loulou, 18 jaar oud en ga in september beginnen met mijn studie aan Psychologie op de VU. Ik ben van plan bij een vereniging te gaan dus ik zal niet een huismuis zijn. Maarr, ik hecht aan beide (gezelligheid en studie) veel waarde dus ik zou het fijn vinden om naast een druk leven ook mijn eigen plekje te hebben. Verder omschrijf ik mezelf als een relaxed, volwassen, nuchter, eerlijk, empatisch en open persoon die graag haar eigen gang gaat maar wel van gezelschap houd. Samen eten lijkt me dan ook zeker leuk als we samenwonen :). Verder… ik kan me op gebied van netjes houden goed aanpassen aangezien ik van beide (chaos en netheid) houd. Met mij zal je niet zo snel ruzie krijgen aangezien ik niet de moeilijkste ben. Ik ben erg loyaal maar dat verwacht ik dan ook van een ander (ivm afspraken).

Hello everybody, Nice to meet you! My name is Chiara, 23 years old. I’m an Italian Law student from Brescia, a city near Milan. I will be in Amsterdam for a research program at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) for my Master’s Degree. My program runs from February 1st until the end of May 2026. I can assure you I am financially responsible and all payments, including rent and utility bills, will always be on time. I am a quiet, responsible, and clean person, so you won't have to worry about cleaning or housekeeping, as I’m already used to managing my home space. For instance, when I cook, I always clean up immediately afterwards, so the kitchen is always clean and ready for the next person. During the week, I expect to spend most of my time studying in the library. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching good films (always with headphones), doing Pilates and most of all exploring the city, especially markets, museums, and cozy cafés! I’m really excited to explore Amsterdam’s surroundings. I would love to meet new friends, hang out and share moments together!
