Hi! Mijn naam is Kailer, ik ben 21 jaar oud en ik ben op zoek naar een kamer dichter bij mijn universiteit. Ik studeer momenteel voor de MSc Computer Science aan de TU Delft en zit in mijn eerste jaar. Ik ben sociaal en vind het leuk om gezellig te babbelen over van alles en nog wat. Verder ben ik netjes, rustig en houd ik van een schone woonplek. Ik woon momenteel op Uilenstede (met 13 huisgenoten) en heb geleerd hoe je goed met anderen samenleeft. My daughter and her boyfriend, Dániel Andor Novaki, who has also been admitted to the Bachelor’s programme at the same university, are looking for a long-term home in Groningen, or as a last resort, in the closer surrounding areas (Haren, Zuidhorn, Bedum, Winsum, Hoogezand, Sauwerd), where they can live together during their studies. They live in Hungary; they graduated this year and prefer to continue their studies in the Netherlands. They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. Please, kindly see attached their introduction letter. I also uploaded a photo of them. As parent, I fully understand that renting to international students requires trust. I therefore wish to reassure you that we (Lili’s parents) and Andor’s parents will provide the financial support necessary to ensure that all obligations under the tenancy agreement are fulfilled. Should it become necessary, we guarantee the timely payment of: • the monthly rent; • the security deposit; • utility charges, where applicable; and • any other contractual financial obligations arising from the tenancy agreement. We are financially able and willing to support our daughter and Andor for the duration of their studies. Upon request, we can provide proof of income, employment, parental financial guarantee or any other documentation reasonably required by the landlord or by you as letting agency. Ik ben 23 jaar oud en woon momenteel in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, maar ik ben dus opzoek naar een knus nieuw huisje in Amsterdam of Utrecht. Ik hou van lezen, pilates en hardlopen. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik graag naar concerten en lekker tweedehands winkelen. Ook ben ik een ontzettende film fanaat en ben ik daarom vaak te vinden bij een van de vele Cineville filmhuizen in de buurt. Ik zit nu aan het einde van mijn studie in Utrecht. Daar studeer ik History, waarbinnen ik de International Relations-track volg met een specialisatie in Conflict, Geweld en Veiligheid. Ik werk daarnaast ook gewoon.
