My story begins in Latvia (Baltic States), here i have grown up and over time i managed to learn to play saxophone and piano, and overall make music, and listen to all kinds of jazz-fusion music. My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts. Terms of rental period: I am planning to come to the Netherlands for one semester, starting from September 1st, 2026, and ending on 1st of February, 2027. I love to travel as much as I can with my favourite places being Thailand, Rome and China however this will be my first time visiting Amsterdam. Hoi! Ik ben Lilah. Eind augustus word ik 18 jaar. Ik ben in Duitsland geboren en woon al 10 jaar in Den Haag en spreek Nederlands. Mijn ouders zijn Frans en Kameroens. Op 1 september 2026 begin ik aan mijn studie psychologie aan de Radboud Universiteit en ben op zoek naar woonruimte in Nijmegen.
