Hello! I'm a long-time self-employed multidisciplinary creative professional (photographer/creative director/media background) pursuing fluency in Dutch, relocating late January via a DAFT Visa. I already have a BSN, a network of Dutch friends and a sense of community, having spent extended stays in the NL twice in two years. This time, my move is permanent. I have never felt more at home than I do with my feet in the ground in the Netherlands. I have excellent references, rental history, and would be delighted to be the dream tenant you hope for, far beyond just the standard financial responsibility. I care for my space, have a green thumb, and love people, adore animals, art, golf, opera, and even the raindrops most complain about - there's serenity in gray days, too! I am open to anyplace accessible to public transportation (I have sold my car for the time being) in communities in the north, like Alkmaar, Zaandam, Edam and Haarlem, to areas I'm also familiar with, such as Hilversum, Bussum, Huizen, Laren, Blaricum, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Amersfoort and even Venlo - though this would be quite the commute to the Randstad! Hoi! Ik ben Witte, 22 jaar, kom uit Doetinchem (dat ligt in de Achterhoek, maar ik beloof dat ik geen boers accent heb!) en zit in het derde jaar van mijn bachelor Bewegingswetenschappen. Op dit moment heb ik een kamer in Haren, en hoewel dat minder kut is dan het klinkt, is het nog steeds gewoon kut, dus ik zoek iets nieuw in de stad. Ik ben actief bij De Mattekloppers (judo) en Northside Barbell (powerliften, doe het niet meer als sport maar train er nog wel). Ik heb de onwijs gave zwarte band, en ben nu ook op competities aan het focussen, dus ik train redelijk veel. Ik zoek daarom een huis met wel veel gezelligheid, en waar we met regelmaat samen eten, uitgaan, of andere dingen doen, maar een verplichte vaste huisavond door de week is voor mij niet handig.
