Ik ben Simon, 22 jaar oud en ga aankomend studiejaar bezig met een vervolgopleiding in Nijmegen aan de Radboud Universiteit. Indien reizende vanaf mijn woonplaats, ben ik vier uur per dag kwijt met de heen- en terugreis, wat maakt dat ik opzoek ben naar een nabijgelegen kamer/studio in Nijmegen. Alhoewel ik mij geen ervaringsdeskundige acht betreffende het op kamers gaan, heb ik zowel in Denemarken als in Nijmegen een halfjaar kennis kunnen opdoen wegens stage. Mijn geplande verblijf staat momenteel op één jaar, maar dit zou uit kunnen lopen tot twee jaar. Dit is afhankelijk van waar ik wil/kan stagelopen te zijner tijd.

We vinden het leuk om tijd door te brengen met vrienden maar we vinden een kalm huis ook belangrijk en houden we altijd rekening met onze buren. Naast onze studie hebben wij allebei een stabiele bijbaan. Rhiannon werkt in een Ierse pub en ik werk in het weekend bij conceptstore Voorlopig. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. Daarnaast roken we niet en hebben we geen huisdieren. Graag stellen wij ons verder persoonlijk aan u voor tijdens een bezichtiging.

In mijn vrije tijd speel ik voetbal in een studententeam. Ik sport dus graag en hou ook van koken, knutselen, lezen en naar de film gaan. My name is Alex, I’m 25, and I’m originally from a small city in Germany (near Dortmund). I got to travel quite a bit in the last years - did my masters in Salzburg, wrote my thesis from Morocco, then went to Sydney for a semester abroad and did a road trip through Australia together with my girlfriend afterwards. As much as I love van life and travelling, I’m really looking forward to getting back into some routine and being not too far away from friends and family now :) I’ll start a new job in Amsterdam this summer as a Machine Learning Engineer. In my free time, I love to do sports, got really into kitesurfing, and will be looking for my next volleyball team in Amsterdam for sure! Besides I love music, mainly playing the piano :)
