My name is Anastasija, and I am 22 years old and just-graduated Master's student from Tilburg University. As I currently live in a student housing, I am looking for a new place to reside in starting from the beginning of September. I would be very happy to be a potential new tenant for this property! I have lived in two separate properties during my studies, and in both cases I have left the places in good conditions and have left a good impression! I am a very neat and orderly tenant who mostly does arts and crafts, draws or reads. I like to think of myself as a very non-conflicting, flexible and approachable person. At the moment, I am employed in “Loetje Tilburg” restaurant - a catering job in the center. This is my main source of income which would cover the rent. However, to ensure that there are no delays in payments, I have a guarantor – my father, - who is an ICT cunsultant working from Riga, Lativa, and who can secure all the payments if needed. Neither of us is looking for a party lifestyle. We value a peaceful home. We're currently taking Dutch lessons and can already get by with basic Dutch, with plenty of motivation to keep improving.
