Hoi! Ik ben Jannes, 22 jaar oud en ik zit in de laatste fase van mijn studie Fysiotherapie in Nijmegen. Oorspronkelijk kom ik uit Deventer, maar ik ben inmiddels helemaal gesetteld in deze stad. De afgelopen jaren heb ik antikraak gewoond, dus ik ben gewend om zelfstandig een woning te bewonen en netjes te onderhouden. Ik ben een rustige bewoner, rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag buiten te vinden. Ik ben leiding bij de scouting, ga graag kamperen of trek er met mijn backpack op uit. Ik zoek een fijne, stabiele plek waar ik me kan focussen op mijn laatste stages en de overgang naar mijn eerste baan als fysiotherapeut.

In een studentenhuis ben ik altijd groot fan van een spelletje met z'n allen of met iedereen eten, en na jaren hard werken oefenen is zijn mijn kookkunsten ondertussen toch niet zo slecht meer.

Omdat we beiden veel met het openbaar vervoer reizen, gaat onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een appartement op loopafstand van een station. Wij zijn allebei netjes, rustig en handig. We wonen inmiddels ruim drie jaar in ons appartement in Maastricht en hebben in die tijd nooit hulp van onze huisbaas hoeven vragen, bijvoorbeeld voor reparaties of onderhoud. Wij zoeken dan ook een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen die we ons thuis kunnen noemen.
