Hallo, ik woon al bijna 8 jaar in Nederland en kom oorspronkelijk uit Hongkong. Momenteel woon ik in Arnhem en werk als en ondernemer in media productie. Vanaf september 2026 begin ik aan een masteropleiding aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam. Het is een vierjarige opleiding, dus ik ben idealiter op zoek naar een huis voor de lange termijn. Ik kan een inkomensverklaring, een spaarverklaring en garanties overleggen. Ik heb kunstgeschiedenis en visuele cultuur gestudeerd, maar mijn interesses zijn heel breed. Ik hou van film, kunst en fotografie. Ik heb ervaring met huren en wonen in een gedeeld huis.

Wij zijn een jong koppeltje die al 7 jaar samen zijn. Ik ben Tim (23) en mijn vriendin heet Austeja (22). Ik studeer als muziek producer op het conservatorium in Haarlem, maar studeer vooral vanaf huis en werk als zelfstandig ondernemer aan mijn muziek bedrijf. Ik werk daarnaast al 5 jaar kok bij een restaurant. Mijn vriendin zit in haar 2de jaar van de opleiding psychologie in Leiden en werkt ook part-time. Wij zijn een heel vreedzaam stelletje die graag zorgvuldig en netjes leven. We roken beiden niet en hebben geen huisdieren.
