I am a PhD student from Germany. I am doing a research stay in Amsterdam and am looking for a place to rent for 3 months.

Hoi! Ik ben Sara, 23 jaar, en ik studeer momenteel Landschaps- en tuinarchitectuur in Gent, België. Vanaf september loop ik stage in Amsterdam en ik ben nog op zoek naar een fijne verblijfplaats. Beste heer/mevrouw, Ik ben werkzaam op de Nederlandse Ambassade in Moskou, in dienst van de Nederlandse overheid. Mijn zoon Kirill (19) is eind augustus begonnen met zijn studie aan Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in Apeldoorn. Kirill is een nette internationale student die de woning zeker schoon zal houden. Hij is opgeruimd, hygiënisch, verantwoordelijk en hij rookt niet. Kirill is de enige bewoner/huurder. Ik zal voor Kirill graag als garantsteller optreden. Ik ben graag bereid mijn inkomensdocumenten op te sturen die aantonen dat wij over voldoende middelen beschikken om de huur te betalen. Mijn totaal bruto maandinkomen bedraagt (omgerekend) ca. EUR 6000 incl. inkomsten van beleggingen en het verhuren van twee appartementen. Om extra zekerheid te bieden bij de beoordeling van de aanvraag kan ik ook de documenten aanleveren van een garantsteller in Nederland, een directeur met een hoog salaris, die bereid is haar inkomensdocumenten in te sturen. Graag hoor ik of dat noodzakelijk is. Ik zal het zeer op prijs stellen om van u te horen of en zo ja wanneer Kirill de kamer kan bezichtigen. Daardoor heb ik waardevolle ervaring opgedaan met het wonen in een internationale woonomgeving. Ik heb die tijd ontzettend leuk gevonden en zou graag weer in een gedeeld huis willen wonen. Ik ben een nette, verantwoordelijke en sociale persoon die graag met anderen samenwoont en bijdraagt aan een fijne en respectvolle sfeer in huis. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik van sporten, actief bezig zijn en nieuwe mensen ontmoeten. Mijn ouders ondersteunen mij volledig tijdens mijn studie en betalen mijn huur en overige kosten. Je kunt er dus op vertrouwen dat de huur altijd op tijd wordt betaald. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current living conditions and open up new opportunities.
