Hoi hoi! Ik ben Moritz, 24 jaar, een architect uit Duitsland, en ik verhuis dit komende semester naar Delft om te starten met mijn Master aan de TU Delft. Na een tijdje fulltime te hebben gewerkt (en een jaar in Kopenhagen te hebben gewoond), heb ik enorm veel zin om het studentenleven weer op te pakken. Design en architectuur spelen natuurlijk een grote rol in mijn leven, maar als ik niet aan het schetsen ben, maak ik meestal muziek (met koptelefoon, dus niemand zal er last van hebben :) ), ben ik aan het schilderen of doe ik aan sport. Ik ben op dit moment ook Nederlands aan het leren. Als huisgenoot ben ik relaxed, netjes en makkelijk in de omgang. Ik hou ervan om de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes opgeruimd te houden en geniet van een gezellige sfeer in huis - of dat nu een snelle koffie in de ochtend is of af en toe samen koken. Een aantal jaar geleden heb ik mijn Master of Science in Game Art behaald en na een interessante carrière specialiseer ik mij nu steeds meer in mijn eigen kunst. Als vaste baan ben ik bezorger en breng ik de JA van Jumbo rond. Ik geniet van deze baan en als ik naar een andere woonplaats moet verhuizen, kan ik ook werken vanuit een andere hub. Als huurder kan ik, als u dat wilt, opknapklusjes aan het huis van u overnemen. Ik ben daar zeer nauwkeurig en vaardig in en heb ook ervaring als hovenier. Als u een tuintje voor mij heeft, of een lichte ruimte voor een paar kamerplanten, ben ik driedubbel gelukkig! Een niet al te hoog huurbedrag zou mij enorm helpen om mijn kunst, hobby's en roadtrips te financieren. Daarom zou ik graag een woning hebben die in aanmerking komt voor huurtoeslag. My name is Andreas, :)) 23, from southern Germany. In September I'm moving to The Hague to start a one-year master's in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University, and I'm looking for a room I can settle into for the whole duration of my studies, not just somewhere to sleep between lectures. The thing I care about most in a shared home is trust, simply being someone you can rely on, whatever kind of day it's been. I'm quiet and easy to live with, but sociable too, I genuinely enjoy cooking, a shared meal or a beer in the evening, and I can just as happily have a calm night in. It really depends on the mood, I read the room and fit in. I like a home that actually works, where the kitchen gets used, where I do my share without being asked, and where I'll fix a small thing rather than let it sit. I'm tidy, low-drama, and I've never minded picking up a little slack for people I live with. Alongside my studies I intend to work as well, so my days are structured and my rhythm fits a working household.
