Hey toekomstige huisgenoten/verhuurder, Ik ben een derdejaars bachelorstudent (22) en ik zoek een plek in de regio Haaglanden, bij voorkeur in Den Haag of Leiden. Momenteel woon ik in een antikraakpand in Den Haag waar de sloopplannen binnenkort plaatsvinden. Daarom ben ik dringend op zoek naar een nieuwe woonplek! Een beetje over mezelf: ik kom uit Bergen op Zoom, ik hou van reizen en kunst. Een van de redenen dat ik graag in de regio Haaglanden wil blijven, is vanwege de aanwezige kunstcultuur hier. Ik heb gereisd binnen de EU, maar ook daarbuiten (Canada, Kenia). Ik ben een nette huisgenoot, ik hou van een schoon huis en woon momenteel met acht anderen (sommigen doen weinig en ik heb een hekel aan een vieze keuken :( ). Ik ben zeker niet meer in mijn feestperiode en ik zou graag huisgenoten hebben die werken of studeren zoals ik. My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts.
