I work most of the time. I use the apartment mainly for sleeping and showering. I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, I drink a little alcohol and I keep it clean. I don't cause any problems.

Hey, Mijn naam is Elin en ik studeer sinds dit jaar sociologie aan de RUG wat ik tot nu toe enorm leuk vind. Ik ben actief bij mijn studievereniging. Beste, Mijn naam is Sem, ik ben 24 jaar oud. En ik ben opzoek naar een woning wat ik tijdelijk of permanent mijn huisje kan noemen. Ik werk ongeveer 40 uur perweek in de bouw (8:00 uur op de klus en 16:00 weer weg). Daar ben ik nu al 6 jaar timmerman en probeer ik mij te ontwikkelen richting loodgieter. Ook voetbal ik graag. Dat doe ik een paar keer per week en drinken wij daarna vaak graag een borrel. Daarom hoop ik dat jullie een woning kunnen vinden voor mij. Terwijl mijn vriendin terug gaat naar haar ouders tot haar studie klaar is.
