I’m Eiden, a 22-year-old girl from Barcelona. I’ve studied fashion design; I’ve always been interested in the world of fashion, and I enjoy designing clothes and styling them. My latest design was a wedding dress I created for Bridal Barcelona Fashion Week for the Parisian designer Stéphane Rolland. I work at a clothes shop called Urban Outfitters in Barcelona, but I’m due to be transferred to the Amsterdam branch. I’ve always wanted to live abroad, have new experiences, enjoy a change of scenery, meet new people and discover new cities – in this case, Amsterdam. I’d describe myself as a very artistic and creative person; I’m fascinated by everything to do with art, such as fashion, museums, music, cinema and paintings… I always lived with my parents and my dog, whom we recently adopted from an animal shelter. As a flatmate, I’d describe myself as someone who values her privacy and respects that of others; I’m very quiet and don’t like to make unnecessary noise or cause any disturbance. I also aim to create a good atmosphere with my flatmate and to maintain good communication and mutual respect. I’m very tidy, I like to keep everything clean, and I’m a non-smoker. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives, they would be: creative, friendly, sociable, respectful and calm. My hobbies include spending time with my friends and family, going to the cinema or museums, travelling – which I love – and going shopping, especially at vintage clothes shops or flea markets, which is where I find my style best. I really enjoy going out, making plans, and discovering and exploring hidden corners of cities.
