I am the founder of a technology startup and will be developing our business in the Netherlands. Since we have just arrived, we do not yet have Dutch payslips, but we can provide proof of our financial resources, residence documents, and any other required information. We are responsible, clean, and respectful tenants. We do not smoke and we do not have pets. We will take excellent care of the property as if it were our own home. Hey, Marius here! Just moved to Amsterdam a few weeks ago to work at Flying Pig Downtown and I'm looking for permanent accomodation.
