Looking for a place to continue my studies in Maastricht. I am a non-smoker, quiet and organized tenant primarily focused on my studies. I prefer to keep a clean living space and received a positive check out report from my previous rental agency (Rotsvast Maastricht) at the end of my recent tenancy. I am an experienced tenant and am using to paying invoices on time, taking care of the space, and communicating quickly and efficiently with the landlord/agency and my neighbors. I currently work part time and have access to DUO subsidies in addition to my parent acting as a substantial guarantor if needed to make sure there are no issues with payments.

When the weather is nice I like to be outside with a good book or picnic. In a housing environment I like to keep things neat and organized and I am very respectful of other peoples' space/items/sleep, etc. I like to take it easy for the most part during the week, but I also enjoy a night out on the weekend. I am happy to have relaxed social gatherings at home like dinner parties, game nights, or film nights, too.
