Ik ben Jonas, 31 jaar, en zoek een woning in Amsterdam. Ik doe momenteel een PhD in de psychologie, dus ik heb een vaste 9-tot-5 structuur. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag, ontdek ik nieuwe dingen, ga ik de stad in voor restaurants/drankje of musea en breng ik tijd door met vrienden. Ook vind ik het erg leuk om te reizen! Als huisgenoot ben ik easygoing, netjes en vriendelijk. De taaak van plantenverzorgen neem ik graag op me ;P. Ik vind het prima om mijn eigen ding te doen, maar vind het ook leuk om samen dingen te ondernemen, het is altijd fijn als er een klik is. Laat gerust weten als je vragen hebt!

Beste verhuurder, Deze zomer ben ik afgestudeerd in het strafrecht en privaatrecht aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Per december (!) start ik met mijn carrière op een advocatenkantoor in Amsterdam. Om daar te komen moet ik nu 2,5 uur heen en 2,5 uur terug reizen: het is voor mij daarom ontzettend belangrijk dat ik z.s.m. een woning dichtbij werk vind.  Mijn inkomen is €2500 per maand.  Tijdens mijn studie heb ik 2 jaar een appartement in Groningen gehuurd, waarvan ik een verhuurdersverklaring kan overleggen.
