Ik ben Tijn, (17 jaar) een gedreven en nieuwsgierige jongen met een grote interesse in sport, techniek en luchtvaart. Ik hou ervan om mezelf uit te dagen en beter te worden. Dat doe ik onder andere met triatlons, hardlopen en fitness. Naast sport heb ik een sterke interesse in luchtvaart. Zo begin ik dus ook aan mijn eerste jaar aan luchtvaarttechnologie bij Inholland Delft. Zo zoek ik dus ook een kamer in die regio aangezien ik vanuit Almere moet komen (de goeie kant, ja die bestaat). In mijn vrije tijd ben ik daarnaast bezig met muziek, technologie, gamen en alles wat met bier te maken heeft. Ik vind het leuk om nieuwe dingen uit te proberen (ik wil nog steeds een riet at kunnen). Een feestje zal mij dan ook niet snel ontgaan, maar samen met de huisgenoten een borreltje doen of samen even eten is ook altijd al snel goed voor mij!

Beste heer/mevrouw, Ik ben werkzaam op de Nederlandse Ambassade in Moskou, in dienst van de Nederlandse overheid. Mijn zoon Kirill (19) is eind augustus begonnen met zijn studie aan Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in Apeldoorn. Kirill is een nette internationale student die de woning zeker schoon zal houden. Hij is opgeruimd, hygiënisch, verantwoordelijk en hij rookt niet. Kirill is de enige bewoner/huurder. Ik zal voor Kirill graag als garantsteller optreden. Ik ben graag bereid mijn inkomensdocumenten op te sturen die aantonen dat wij over voldoende middelen beschikken om de huur te betalen. Mijn totaal bruto maandinkomen bedraagt (omgerekend) ca. EUR 6000 incl. inkomsten van beleggingen en het verhuren van twee appartementen. Om extra zekerheid te bieden bij de beoordeling van de aanvraag kan ik ook de documenten aanleveren van een garantsteller in Nederland, een directeur met een hoog salaris, die bereid is haar inkomensdocumenten in te sturen. Graag hoor ik of dat noodzakelijk is. Ik zal het zeer op prijs stellen om van u te horen of en zo ja wanneer Kirill de kamer kan bezichtigen. Ik ben een enthousiaste meid van 17 jaar die klaar is voor nieuwe avonturen. Ik woon op dit moment nog thuis maar wil graag uit huis, mijn ouders hebben een oud huis aardig ver van de stad, wat op dit moment verbouwd wordt. Hier en daar een feestje vind ik zeker leuk, maar rustige avondjes op de bank vind ik ook heel chill.
