I'm a 26-year old woman from Finland who is looking for an apartment for two, from Rotterdam or near! Me and my partner (28 y) are moving from Finland to Netherlands in January 2026. My partner is coming to study a master's program to Rotterdam. While he is studying, my intention is to find a marketing or communications job for myself and maybe study some languages! As tenants we are very tidy and our mission is that we always leave the apartment better shape than it was before us.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. Even though I work through an agency, my position is firm and I am at the phase B of the contract which also adds additional financial security. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation, light yoga and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. Ik werk al 6 jaar bij de zeeman als caissière een paar dagen in de week.

Wij zijn heel makkelijk in omgang en houden van een nette, vreedzame atmosfeer in het gebouw. Daarnaast sparen wij actief voor onze toekomstige bruiloft en een eigen business-startup, dus wij gaan verstandig met geld om. Indien nodig kunnen onze ouders optreden als garant. Wij zoeken een betaalbare, nette en rustige plek waar we kunnen slapen, eten en herstellen van onze drukke dagen.
