Hello, I am Ivo, an almost 19 year-old Bulgarian, a future student of Computer Science in TU/e, who is looking for a long-term accommodation (a room/studio/apartment which to share with housemates) in Eindhoven area. I am almost 19 years old, responsible, clean, tidy, communicative person, a non-smoker, who has recently graduated from one of the top-ranked high-schools in Bulgaria. My hobbies are sports (especially fitness and football) and healthy lifestyle, movies, cars and hi-tech devices and everything related to their functioning and repair. My rent will be paid by my parents as guarantors with ample funds and proven 3-year Dutch rental history paying for my sister's rent in the Netherlands. Hey friends, it’s my first time venturing out into this form of finding a place while traveling. This is the first summer we are able to stay away from our home for more than 2 weeks and we’re looking for a local experience rather than a hotel (having just left the corporate world). My wife and I are both psychologists and I am a masters student at Oxford University (part time) while we both run a training center in applied mindfulness and psychology. I hold a bachelors in chemical engineering and a double masters in applied positive psychology and mindfulness. My wife is a clinical psychologist. We live in Dubai, where our work and life is built. For this summer we are planning to spend a month in Oxford (as I complete my thesis), a month in Amsterdam, and a month in Portugal — where we have a home (our little fur child — a red haired Shiba Inu — is at our extended family home, we couldn’t bring her with us due to restrictions in the UK 👎). We found a home for our stay at Oxford and now looking for a home for our stay in Amsterdam (or nearby) We are tidy, organized and enjoy quiet mornings and quiet evenings. A cafe nearby to read at and a park and shopping area to enjoy. That for us is an ideal vacation. We have sublet our home in Dubai while traveling before so we understand how important it is to take care of a home and look after it like our own. Mijn naam is Boris van Dongen en ik ga in september beginnen met technische natuurkunde in Twente. Mijn voornaamste hobby is videogames, maar ik vind alles wel leuk zolang ik het maar met andere mensen kan doen (behalve monopoly). Ook vind ik koken leuk, of het nou een simpele pasta is of een uitgebreide maaltijd. Ik werk in de Albert Heijn en ben van plan om dit ook in Twente te blijven doen. Ik heb de afgelopen tien jaar op atletiek gezeten, maar ben daar inmiddels mee gestopt om iets nieuws te zoeken. Ik zit nu vooral te kijken naar boulderen en volleybal. Ik rook ook niet en drink (nog) niet. Ik ben iemand die het best gezellig vindt om een keer een uitstapje te doen naar de stad of een andere activiteit zoals sinterklaas of kerstdiner. Tegelijkertijd heb ik soms ook behoefte aan wat tijd voor mezelf om even op mijn kamer te gamen of gewoon niks te doen. Ik zoek hierbij dus vooral naar een combinatie van de twee, waarbij er dus altijd tijd is voor een praatje bij het ontbijt of een colaatje in de avond en ook ruimte om jezelf even terug te trekken. Ik hou erg van actieve vakanties, waarbij ik bijvoorbeeld ga wandelen in de bergen of skiën. Ik ben geen strandmens, je zult mij nooit bruin zien of bruin zien worden. Ik hoor graag terug als er vanuit jullie ook interesse is, en hoe er dan een hospiteeravond geregeld wordt.
