Ik heb behoorlijk wat spaargeld en kan indien nodig mijn bankafschriften laten zien. Ook kan ik aantonen dat ik de afgelopen jaren een goede huurder ben geweest, en ik kan referenties geven van mijn huidige verhuurder (van de afgelopen drie jaar). Momenteel deel ik een appartement, maar ik zou graag alleen willen wonen. Ik werk als freelancer en ben actief als docent en muzikant, met contracten voor concerten, lesgeven op een muziekschool en het schrijven van muzikale arrangementen voor orkesten.
