Juensly Anita en Thirza Takens zijn, netjes, sociaal en betrokken stel dat in maart gaat trouwen. Beiden zijn gemotiveerd en toekomstgericht: Thirza staat op het punt af te studeren, werkt momenteel als managementassistent en wil graag parttime aan de slag als leerkracht in het basisonderwijs in Utrecht. Juensly heeft tot vorig jaar bij Colliers gewerkt als Team Assistent en zijn bacherlor Rechten afgerond. Hij start binnenkort bij een nieuwe baan. Ik ben Sten en ik ben 20 jaar oud. Ik heb net een MBO4 afgerond en ik ben net begonnen aan een HBO game development in Utrecht. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (22 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen.Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik per september of eerder een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei
