Hi! I'm Pablo, 22, from Milan. I'm starting a 6-month professional traineeship in September at InHope, an international NGO working to fight child sexual abuse material online, so I'll be working full days in a pretty meaningful field. A bit about how I actually live: I cook most nights, real Italian food, not just pasta out of a box, and I'm always happy to share if people are around. I play basketball regularly and try to stay active. I keep fairly normal hours since I'll be working 9 to 6ish, so I'm not someone who's up partying on weeknights, but I do like a proper weekend and I'm always up for hanging out, cooking together, or just chatting in the kitchen. I'm looking for more than just a room, I want to actually be part of a house. I'm tidy, I respect shared spaces, and I like getting to know the people I live with rather than just passing in the hallway. I'm Italian, an EU citizen so no visa needed, and I'll need to register at the address (BRP) once I move in, since I'll be staying more than 6 months. Hoi! Ik ben Thijmen, 23 jaar en heb gestudeerd in Groningen, waar ik een geweldige studententijd heb gehad. Ik heb inmiddels mijn bachelor Biologie en mijn master Energy & Environmental Sciences gehaald, maar ik ben nog niet helemaal uitgestudeerd. Vandaar dat ik heb besloten nog en master in Public Administration aan de UTwente te doen en zoek ik een fijne plek om te wonen in Enschede. Ik vind het ontzettend gezellig om samen met huisgenoten te eten, een drankje te doen, een goed bordspel te spelen of gewoon even op de bank te hangen. Tegelijkertijd vind ik het ook helemaal prima als iedereen lekker zijn eigen gang gaat en waardeer ik mijn persoonlijke ruimte als ik even rustig aan wil doen. In mijn vrije tijd vermaak ik me altijd wel. Ik speel graag wat op mijn gitaar, hou op m'n tijd van wat gamen en ga regelmatig een rondje hardlopen (met als doel de halve marathon). Daarnaast ben ik nu nog elk weekend actief als leiding bij een scoutingvereniging in Groningen. I am Jira, Nigerian, 24, lived in the Netherlands for almost 7 years, previously living in Ireland and Nigeria in the past.
