Hey! My partner and I are looking for a place to stay. I am a student at the university of Amsterdam, and he will be starting his master at the university of Leiden. We are therefore looking for housing in either cities, or the area around. We have been renting for the past 6 years with no complaints and no late payments. We have also been subletting, and therefore know the importance in finding suitable tenants who are thrustworthy and who communicate well. We are looking forward to hear from you!

In September I'm moving to The Hague to start a one-year master's in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University, and I'm looking for a room I can settle into for the whole duration of my studies, not just somewhere to sleep between lectures. I'm quiet and easy to live with, but sociable too, I genuinely enjoy cooking, a shared meal or a beer in the evening, and I can just as happily have a calm night in. It really depends on the mood, I read the room and fit in. I like a home that actually works, where the kitchen gets used, where I do my share without being asked, and where I'll fix a small thing rather than let it sit. I'm tidy, low-drama, and I've never minded picking up a little slack for people I live with. Alongside my studies I intend to work as well, so my days are structured and my rhythm fits a working household.
