Hey! I'm Tito, a 4th-year Communications student from the University of Waterloo in Canada. I'm coming to Rotterdam for a fall exchange semester at Erasmus University. I'm looking to stay from August (23/24/25) to Jan 31st. That's the dates my program runs from. I'm hoping to get the most out of my sixth months here, both as a student and as a visitor. I'm looking forward to exploring Rotterdam, the Netherlands and also countries around Europe since it's easier to travel. I want to try new foods, activities, cultural traditions, anything really. It would be nice to have people to do things with, especially if you're local and know Rotterdam well. Outside of studying, I enjoy going to the gym and being active by going on walks/hiking. I also get into creative projects like creating videos and doing photography, and like exploring new cities on foot. I'm looking forward to documenting my time in Europe through photos and videos, especially if I have the opportunity to do cool hikes or activities. I'm looking for a place where I can focus during the week and also relax. I usually meal prep, but I enjoy cooking new foods and baking as well. My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Marijn van Kampen, begin augustus ben ik 19 jaar oud en ik start komend studiejaar met de bachelor Psychologie aan Tilburg University. Ik heb ontzettend veel zin in deze nieuwe stap! Tilburg spreekt mij erg aan door het overzichtelijke karakter en de groene omgeving. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik dan ook regelmatig op mijn racefiets te vinden om de regio te verkennen. Als huurder ben ik te omschrijven als rustig, sociaal en zeer verantwoordelijk.
