Iam student at fine arts Greece, Athens, in sculpting and im coming due to erasmus at Royal academy (KABK) I clean properly and iam responsible and social person!! I dont smoke. Im searching a room / studio for six months!!

Hoi allemaal! Ik ben Isabel en in september 2026 begin ik met de studie Culturele Antropologie en Ontwikkelingssociologie aan de Radboud Universiteit in Nijmegen. Superveel zin in! Op dit moment woon ik in Haaksbergen (Twente) en is Nijmegen voor mij een goeie 2 uur reizen, vandaar dat ik op zoek ben naar een kamer! Na het vwo heb ik een tussenjaar genomen waarin ik veel heb gewerkt in de horeca en op festivals. Ook heb ik 4 maanden skiles gegeven in Oostenrijk. Daar woonde ik samen met drie huisgenoten, dus ik weet inmiddels hoe het is om samen te wonen en mijn steentje bij te dragen in huis. Ik ben een nette huisgenoot en houd van gezelligheid en onder de mensen zijn. Ik vind het leuk om samen een  terrasje te pakken, naar festivals te gaan of rustig een avondje chillen op de bank.

I've spent the last six months living in Asia, including three months renting an apartment in Singapore, so international living feels completely natural to me. Outside of work and studies I love the mountains and getting outdoors, and I'm generally an easy, low-key person to share a place with. I'm clean, quiet and a non-smoker, no pets. For a landlord, I'm a low-risk tenant. I have secured work that I do online from home, so I'll be around during the day and keep the place in order. My income is backed by DUO financing, and my parents are able to support the deposit if needed. If it helps with the paperwork, I can sign the contract through my own sole proprietorship. I'm happy to share references from previous landlords. A spot where registration is possible would be ideal. I'd love to view in early August and I'm glad to hop on a short video call first to say hi.
