I’m a calm and respectful person, I go to bed early, and I genuinely value having a clean and tidy home. I don’t smoke or party, and I’m always considerate of the people I live with. I respect shared spaces, keep things clean, and I’m definitely not a problematic housemate. I’m also used to living with others and understand the importance of being reliable, communicative, and respectful. I have a flawless track record as a tenant and take good care of the place I live in. Financially, I have full family support, so rent is always paid on time without any issues. I’m looking for a quiet and comfortable home where I can focus on my studies while being a friendly and responsible housemate. Hi! My name is Victor, I’m 20 years old and I’m from France. I’m a design student starting at Design Academy Eindhoven this September. I’m a very active and curious person.
