Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Hoi! Mijn naam is Daphne (25 jaar, vrouw) en ik ben op zoek naar een nieuwe woonplek voor de lange termijn. Sinds september 2025 ben ik met mijn eerste baan gestart als onderzoekstechnicus/onderzoeker bij de microbiologie afdeling aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam, echter woon ik nu nog in mijn studentenstad Wageningen wat een reistijd van (minimaal, als het OV meezit) 4 uur per dag met zich meebrengt om op mijn werk en thuis te geraken. Daarnaast zal ik in juli 2026 mijn huidige woning uitgezet worden, waardoor ik op zoek ben naar een nieuwe woning idealiter een stukje dichter bij mijn werk :). Ik ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte en vind het belangrijk dat een woning schoon en netjes blijft. Ik heb een vast werkritme en ben doordeweeks vooral gericht op werk en ontspanning thuis. In het weekend vind ik het gezellig om af en toe iets te ondernemen met vrienden, maar thuis hecht ik vooral aan rust en ontspanning. In mijn vrije tijd lees ik graag, ben ik creatief bezig (haken, breien, af en toe schilderen, bakken en koken) en breng ik graag tijd buiten door.
