Mijn naam is Emma-Jane. Ik ben 27 jaar en werk als onderzoeker bij het Erasmus MC. Vanwege omstandigheden moest ik mijn eerdere woonruimte verlaten. Nu ben ik op zoek naar een fijne woning voor mijzelf. Omdat ik de laatste fase van mijn onderzoek inga, is stabiliteit en een vaste woonplek voor mij erg belangrijk. Ik kom oorspronkelijk uit Zuid-Afrika. Na mijn studie in Duitsland ben ik naar Nederland gekomen voor mijn PhD-onderzoek. Ik begrijp Nederlands goed en kan het ook goed schrijven. Zelf spreken vind ik nog wat lastiger, maar ik ben het actief aan het leren. Daarnaast ben ik al geruime tijd in een stabiele en toegewijde relatie. Toch woon ik graag zelfstandig, omdat ik merk dat dit het beste werkt voor mijn onderzoek en werkzaamheden. Een rustige eigen woonruimte helpt mij om mij volledig op mijn werk te kunnen concentreren. In mijn vrije tijd breng ik graag tijd door met vrienden en ben ik graag in de natuur. Vooral een lange fietstocht langs een meer of de zee vind ik heerlijk. Holland heeft inmiddels echt mijn hart gestolen. Ik voel mij hier thuis en zou mij hier graag voor de lange termijn willen vestigen. Ik zie mezelf hier voor langere tijd wonen, me vestigen en een gezin stichten. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een woning waar ik met plezier en voor langere tijd kan wonen. Ik ben Dennis, 20 jaar, en na mijn middelbare school cum laude te hebben afgerond, studeer ik nu bestuurs- en organisatiewetenschappen aan de Universiteit van Utrecht en ik begin na de zomer aan mijn tweede jaar als student en ben daarom opzoek naar een kamer of studio in Utrecht. Ik ben een hele beleefde, rustige en sportieve jongen en ik ben erg gesteld op hygiëne waardoor ik altijd secuur met mijn kamer of studio om ga. Verder sport ik heel veel: ik voetbal, doe aan hardlopen en ik ga regelmatig naar de sportschool. Ook houd ik heel erg van koken en gezond eten. Mijn ouders hebben “ons” ouderlijk huis verkocht en vertrekken naar het buitenland, dus ik ben nu echt op mijzelf toegewezen en ben dringend op zoek naar een nieuwe plek die ik thuis kan noemen. 😄 Ik verdien zelf €1200,- per maand en mijn ouders hebben €150.000 garant staan met verkoop van het huis.
