Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. I've lived in student dorms while completing my Bachelor's degree, so I'm very used to sharing spaces, having a cleaning schedule with multiple flatmates and just being a good communicator overall. I also have many hobbies, some of them being reading, traveling and playing volleyball. I like trying new things, so I recently started bouldering, which I really enjoy at the moment. I have a cat, which I love dearly and I take very good care of her. Her name is Duli and she is a very cuddly, clingy cat, so I would love to be able to continue to live with her in Enschede. I can fully take care of her and keep her just in my room in a shared flat, but if other flatmates want to meet her and pet her, they are obviously welcomed to do so.
