Hi! I'm Kateryna, 25, and I'm moving to Tilburg to start my PhD in AI and neuroscience at Tilburg University in September. I'll be working full-time at the university with a long-term contract. I'm looking for a comfortable room or studio for a longer-term stay. A private bathroom/toilet would be a big plus, but I'm also happy with shared facilities if the place is a good fit. I'm originally from Ukraine and have lived in Italy for the past four years, where I completed my Master's in Data Science. I've shared apartments before, so I'm used to living with others and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. I'm friendly, tidy and responsible, and I enjoy a calm home environment while also being happy to chat or spend some time with housemates. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, active sport and travelling. I'm looking for a nice place to call home in Tilburg!

I love meeting new people, having long conversations and spending evenings together, especially if there is some good food and a nice glass of wine involved.... but I’m also happy with a cold beer! I’m quite active and I love going for long walks, exploring new places and sometimes just getting lost in the streets of a city and taking pictures along the way. I love dancing and cooking, but despite being quite an outgoing person, I also really enjoy having some time for myself, reading a book at home. One thing you’ll probably learn about me pretty quickly is that I’m slightly obsessed with Hungary. I spent a year there as an exchange student when I was in high school, more than 10 years ago, and I still talk about it way too much. My friends are honestly tired of hearing the same stories by now!
