Hi! My name is Fanney, I’m 24 years old and moving from Iceland to Leiden to continue my Psychology studies. I’ve completed my first years of university here in Iceland and I’m now looking for a calm and comfortable place to live during my studies in the Netherlands. A little about me: I’m a tidy, easygoing and respectful person who enjoys cooking, cycling, spending time outdoors, watching movies and getting to know new people. I don’t smoke or party, and I really value a peaceful and friendly home environment where everyone feels comfortable. I’m looking for a long-term place in or around Leiden from around August/September. Financially, everything is arranged through savings and student financing. My name is Lorenzo, I’m a 26-year-old PhD student from Italy, and I’m looking for a room, studio, or apartment in Delft (or nearby well-connected areas) from October 1st, 2026, to March 31st, 2027 (6 months). I need a place where municipality registration (inschrijven) is possible, and I’m open to both standard contracts and sublets. I hold a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Padova, and I will be at TU Delft for a 6-month research visit in Computational Fluid Dynamics at the Process & Energy Department. My stay is fully funded. I have over 7 years of experience in shared housing, so I’m very used to co-living routines. I am clean, organized, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. In my free time, I enjoy cooking dinners, playing board games, or going for outdoor walks with flatmates, while always respecting everyone's privacy and space.
