Mijn financiële garantstellers zijn mijn ouders, dus ik kan hun financiële garantiedocumenten overleggen. Hun gemiddelde netto-inkomen over de afgelopen 3 maanden is 5037 euro. Vanaf september 2026 zit ik in mijn laatste bachelorjaar en vanaf dan ga ik ook op zoek naar een baan. Ik spreek verschillende talen: Engels, Oekraïens, Russisch, Duits en een beetje Nederlands, dus ik hoop dat we elkaar goed zullen kunnen verstaan.

Hoii, Ik ben Jelmer, 23 jaar en afkomstig uit het mooie Gorinchem. Momenteel ben ik aan het afstuderen in Utrecht voor mijn opleiding Bedrijfskunde en daarna wil ik hier mijn master Banking and Finance gaan volgen. In mijn vrije tijd drink ik graag speciaalbiertjes in de zon, heb ik mijn hele leven gehockeyd (wat ik na de zomer in Utrecht weer wil oppakken) en ben ik regelmatig in de sportschool te vinden. Op een zonnige zaterdag sta ik ook graag op een hardstyle feestje en nee, niet in mijn trainingspak ;) Daarnaast werk ik nu als werkstudent bij een vastgoedbedrijf en sta ik al zo’n 7 jaar in de horeca op een gezellig terras. Omdat ik me de komende tijd echt in Utrecht wil vestigen, ben ik per direct op zoek naar een kamer met gezellige huisgenoten waar af en toe samen eten, een biertje doen of iets leuks ondernemen vanzelfsprekend is. Before that, I studied orchestral and choral conducting in Germany, and besides harpsichord I also play organ and piano. Since I don’t own a harpsichord myself, I normally practise at the conservatory, so I won’t be practising loudly at home :) I’ve lived in shared flats and student housing for many years and I really value a clean, respectful and relaxed living atmosphere.
