I’m Eiden, a 22-year-old girl from Barcelona. I’ve studied fashion design; I’ve always been interested in the world of fashion, and I enjoy designing clothes and styling them. My latest design was a wedding dress I created for Bridal Barcelona Fashion Week for the Parisian designer Stéphane Rolland. I work at a clothes shop called Urban Outfitters in Barcelona, but I’m due to be transferred to the Amsterdam Urban. I’d describe myself as a very artistic and creative person; I’m fascinated by everything to do with art, such as fashion, museums, music, cinema and paintings… I always lived with my parents and my dog, whom we recently adopted from an animal shelter. As a flatmate, I’d describe myself as someone who values her privacy and respects that of others; I’m very quiet and don’t like to make unnecessary noise or cause any disturbance. I also aim to create a good atmosphere with my flatmate and to maintain good communication and mutual respect. I’m very tidy, I like to keep everything clean, and I’m a non-smoker. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives, they would be: creative, friendly, sociable, respectful and calm. My hobbies include spending time with my friends and family, going to the cinema or museums, travelling – which I love – and going shopping, especially at vintage clothes shops or flea markets, which is where I find my style best. I’m Cristina, 25 years old, and I’ve been living in Amsterdamfor a while now. I work full-time in digital marketing as a team lead at an agency, and besides that I also run my own jewelry art studio at Treehouse NDSM. Most of my free time somehow ends up in the studio making jewelry or metal sculptures, which I genuinely love. I’d say I’m a very open-minded, friendly, and easygoing person. I like having a warm and comfortable home atmosphere, where everyone feels relaxed and at ease. Outside of work, I’m into cooking, dinners with friends, jazz music, and all the small cozy things that make a place feel like home. I’m also a very tidy person and I genuinely like cleanliness — to the point where I actually clean when I’m stressed, which I guess is not the worst coping mechanism to have 😅 I’m respectful of shared spaces and pretty mindful of the people I live with. At the moment I’m living with two guys already, so I’m very used to shared living and different personalities around the house.
