Ik ben op zoek naar een plekje in Groningen!

Ik ben Wouter, ik ben 19 jaar en ik heb een hele hoop intressen, maar vind de elektrotechniek het meest intressant en dat studeer ik dan ook (nu in m'n 3e jaar). Verder knutsel ik buiten mijn studie nog veel met allerlei dingetjes. Ik heb vroeger ook op de scouting gezeten en nog steeds vind ik buiten dingen doen, fikkie stoken, kamperen en fietsen heel leuk. Daarnaast doe ik sinds vorig jaar aan rock 'n roll dansen (zegmaar een partnerdans op rock 'n roll jaren 50' muziek) en doe dat een keer per week. Verder vind ik het harstikke leuk om te koken en ben erg fan van veel kruiden in het eten (nooit genoeg sambal). Ook werk ik een paar keer per maand bij SSL (examentraining in Leiden) en geef daar natuurkunde. Ik ben een redelijk rustig persoon die houdt van kaart/bordspelletjes of lekker mario cart op de wii.

Hallo! Wij zijn een rustig en verantwoordelijk stel: twee fulltime studenten die beiden 38 uur per week werken. Ik zit in mijn tweede studiejaar en mijn vriendin Ruslana in haar vierde jaar (graduation internship). Wij hebben allebei een stabiel maandelijks inkomen van ongeveer €2000. Door Ruslana’s afstudeerstage zijn wij op zoek naar een appartement of studio in of rondom Rotterdam. Wij leven eenvoudig: onze grootste uitgaven zijn boodschappen en brandstof. We hebben twee auto’s en gebruiken die vooral voor werk en studie. Hygiëne is voor ons heel belangrijk. Ruslana heeft een stofallergie, waardoor wij de woning elke 2–3 dagen schoonmaken. Onze huidige woning is in perfecte staat, en we zorgen altijd netjes voor onze leefruimte. We hebben geen huisdieren, niet het type dat feest, en alcoholgebruik is minimaal. Wij hechten veel waarde aan een rustige leefomgeving. We respecteren altijd de privacy, rust en regels van buren en verhuurders. Wij zijn heel makkelijk in omgang en houden van een nette, vreedzame atmosfeer in het gebouw. Daarnaast sparen wij actief voor onze toekomstige bruiloft en een eigen business-startup, dus wij gaan verstandig met geld om. Indien nodig kunnen onze ouders optreden als garant. Wij zoeken een betaalbare, nette en rustige plek waar we kunnen slapen, eten en herstellen van onze drukke dagen.
