Hey I'm Fatemah! This is my 4th year in Amsterdam and I'm looking for a new place to stay! I work all year round, but also have my father as a guarantor. I study Data Science and AI (focusing on AI Ethics) at the UvA. All my documentation is complete and I'm fully ready to call a new place my own ;)

Mijn naam is Miren Bartolomé, ik ben 18 jaar en ik ben Spaans, maar ik ben geboren en opgegroeid in Den Haag. Volgend jaar begin ik met mijn studie Biomedische Technologie aan de TU Eindhoven en daarom ben ik op zoek naar een kamer in de buurt van de universiteit. Ik ben niet‑rookster. Ik heb een open en vriendelijke persoonlijkheid. Ik ben iemand die makkelijk contact maakt, graag lacht en het leuk vindt om mensen om zich heen te hebben. Tegelijkertijd ben ik ook rustig, respectvol en zelfstandig, en vind ik het fijn om mijn eigen ruimte te hebben wanneer ik wil studeren of ontspannen. Ik ben erg sociaal en geniet van tijd doorbrengen met vrienden, maar ik waardeer ook een huis waar iedereen elkaar de ruimte geeft. In mijn vrije tijd speel en train ik voetbal, ga ik graag iets drinken of uit eten, en vind ik het leuk om nieuwe plekken te ontdekken. Ik ben georganiseerd, verantwoordelijk en ik hou van een positieve en gezellige sfeer thuis.

Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei

My name is Andrea, I am 24 years old and Italian. I have been living in Leiden for the past two years, where I have just completed my master's in biotechnology at Leiden University. From 1 October I will be starting a PhD in the same field at Leiden University, on a funded four year contract. I am currently renting in Leiden and I am looking to move because my contract is coming to an end. I would be renting on my own. Outside of work I like to travel and read, and I am quite active: I play several team sports and go to the gym regularly. Sport is a big part of my routine, which means I am out of the house a fair amount and keep fairly regular hours. I am a sociable but quiet tenant, and I take care of the place I live in. As for reliability, I have rented in the Netherlands for the past two years without any issues, and I am happy to provide a reference from my current landlord. I do not smoke and I have no pets.
