First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. If you have any doubts, I can explain the full work situation in detail. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. Op dit moment rond ik mijn hbo-opleiding Milieukunde in Leeuwarden af en binnenkort start ik met een premaster, gevolgd door de master Ecology and Evolution aan de RUG. Ik ben dus van plan nog wel een tijdje in Groningen te blijven :) Ik ben iemand die serieus met haar studie bezig is, maar daarnaast ook gewoon wil genieten van het studentenleven. Ik vind het gezellig om af en toe samen koffie te drinken of te koken, maar ik heb daarnaast ook mijn eigen leven in Groningen. In mijn vrije tijd lees ik graag, ga ik hardlopen of wandelen en ben ik creatief bezig. Ook houd ik van reizen, nieuwe plekken ontdekken en gewoon lekker veel buiten zijn. Verder ben ik netjes, rustig en makkelijk in de omgang en rook ik niet. Ik zoek vooral een gezellig en rustig huis waar iedereen een beetje zijn eigen ding doet, maar waar wel een fijne sfeer hangt!
