I earn around €4,500 gross a month, so the rent is comfortably covered, and I can share my contract and payslips whenever needed. I’m easygoing, I keep my space tidy and quiet, and I spent three years in my last apartment in France without any issue, so my former landlord would gladly vouch for me.
