My name is Lorenzo, I’m a 26-year-old PhD student from Italy, and I’m looking for a room, studio, or apartment in Delft (or nearby well-connected areas) from October 1st, 2026, to March 31st, 2027 (6 months). I need a place where municipality registration (inschrijven) is possible, and I’m open to both standard contracts and sublets. I hold a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Padova, and I will be at TU Delft for a 6-month research visit in Computational Fluid Dynamics at the Process & Energy Department. My stay is fully funded. I have over 7 years of experience in shared housing, so I’m very used to co-living routines. I am clean, organized, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. In my free time, I enjoy cooking dinners, playing board games, or going for outdoor walks with flatmates, while always respecting everyone's privacy and space. Since I am currently in Italy, I won't be able to attend viewings in person, but I would be happy to schedule a video call to meet and see the room.
