Dear landlord, My name is Beril Ece Kalaycı, and I am a dedicated student, having already completed both a Bachelor's and a 1-year Master's degree in the Netherlands over the past four years. I have recently been accepted into a Research Master's program at Utrecht University, which is the primary reason for my move to Utrecht, where I plan to live alone. My household income is stable, €10.000, supported by my family, and I am also actively seeking a student job to supplement this. I currently rent a house and am well-versed in rental norms and responsibilities. I pride myself on being a quiet, tidy, and exceptionally clean and respectful tenant. My lifestyle largely revolves around my studies, but I also enjoy cooking, reading, and playing games in my free time. I do not smoke, have no pets, and do not host loud gatherings. With my family residing in Haarlem, I have a strong local support network and am fully integrated into Dutch life. My previous rental experiences have always been positive, characterized by timely payments, meticulous upkeep of my living space, and harmonious relationships with housemates. I am seeking a long-term commitment, ideally a 24-month contract, and would prefer to move in around August 1, 2026, though I can be flexible for around 1 month, if needed. My project focuses on the study of past greenhouse climates, 50 million years ago. I will be in Utrecht from May 30 to July 12.
