8180 Huisgenoten in Nederland

Mijn naam is patrick, 35 jaar, en na jaren thuis te hebben gewoond heb ik een aantal jaren op kamers gewoond in Winschoten waar ik zowel geboren als getogen ben en wil nu mijn horizon verbreden daarom heb ik afgelopen jaar toen ik de kans kreeg om voor een paar maanden in Groningen te gaan wonen de kans met bij de handen aan gegrepen en het is me zeer goed bevallen maar zoals ik al aangaf ging het om een tijdelijke woonruimte waar ik in december uit moest daarom ben ik momenteel terug in Winschoten ik sta al aantal jaren ingeschreven bij woningcorporaties tot nu toe zonder succes daarom probeer ik het op deze manier. Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren. Hoi, We kwamen jullie advertentie tegen en willen ons graag even voorstellen. We zijn op zoek naar een fijne woonplek vanaf augustus. Dat kan een appartement voor ons samen zijn, maar we zijn ook op zoek naar een kamer voor één van ons. Als jullie twee kamers vrij hebben in een woongroep, zou dat perfect zijn voor ons, en hopelijk ook voor jullie. Daarom reageren we zowel op appartementen als op kamers. Wij zijn Sina (22) en Philipp (22), een stel uit Neurenberg in Duitsland. We hebben net onze bachelor afgerond en starten in september met de master Bedrijfskunde aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Voor ons is de verhuizing naar Groningen meer dan alleen een studie. We hebben allebei een sterke band met Nederland en kijken ernaar uit om hier de komende jaren te wonen, te studeren en later ook te werken. Tijdens onze bachelor werden we financieel ondersteund door onze families, en dat blijft ook tijdens onze master zo. Daarnaast willen we allebei naast onze studie blijven werken, net zoals we dat in Duitsland deden. Sina werkt momenteel fulltime bij SAP en Philipp bij Siemens Energy. We kunnen natuurlijk een bewijs van onze financiële situatie aanleveren. We zijn rustige en nette huurders, roken niet en hebben geen huisdieren. We vinden het belangrijk om goed voor onze woonruimte te zorgen en zoeken een plek waar we ons echt thuis kunnen voelen. My partner and I are excited to begin this new chapter as expats relocating from India and become part of the Amsterdam community. We're currently searching for a furnished 1–2 bedroom apartment starting August 26, 2026, with a budget of €2,000–€2,500. Ideally, we'd prefer a place with registration and a long-term contract, but we're also open to temporary housing for around 2 to 3months if that helps us settle in comfortably while we search for something more permanent. We're flexible on location, as long as the commute to Bijlmer Arena is manageable by public transport, ideally within 30 minutes or so. Areas like Amstelveen, Diemen, Amsterdam Zuid, Nieuw-West, Haarlem, Hoofddorp, Aalsmeer, and Heemstede would all work well for us. Hi there, I am Natascha and I will be studying International Social Work in master program in Nijmegen from September 26 on, for about a year at least, and I am excited to get to know the Neatherlands!
