Hi! My name is Ileana and I'll start my Master's degree this September at the University of Twente in Enschede. I've lived in student dorms while completing my Bachelor's degree, so I'm very used to sharing spaces, having a cleaning schedule with multiple flatmates and just being a good communicator overall. I also have many hobbies, some of them being reading, traveling and playing volleyball. I like trying new things, so I recently started bouldering, which I really enjoy at the moment. I have a cat, which I love dearly and I take very good care of her. Her name is Duli and she is a very cuddly, clingy cat, so I would love to be able to continue to live with her in Enschede. I can fully take care of her and keep her just in my room in a shared flat, but if other flatmates want to meet her and pet her, they are obviously welcomed to do so. I'm a sociable person and I love meeting new people, but I also enjoy quiet evenings from time to time. I'm also an adventurous person who like outdoors activities. De bedoeling is dat je onderdeel wordt van het huishouden, bijvoorbeeld door gezamenlijk (avond) te eten en het huishouden te delen, zoals gebruikelijk in een gedeelde woonomgeving. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken.
