De grotere stad, dichterbij familie en vrienden en meer diversiteit zijn daar de grootste redenen voor. Fee heeft jarenlang in Den Haag gewoond en mist de grote stad en Mats reist heel de wereld rond voor tennis en voelt zich ook het fijnst in Utrecht. Samen gaan we graag uiteten, op vakantie en naar het terras. Thuis houden we van een gezellige sfeer; rustig een boek lezen tijdens het draaien van een plaat op onze platenspeler. We zijn erg nette, betrouwbare en rustige huurders.
