Hi everyone! I’m Dimitris (17) from Greece. In September, I am starting my studies in Jazz Saxophone at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam (CvA) for my preparatory year, and I am looking for a room from September (or earlier) I am focusing my search on Amsterdam, Haarlem, and surroundings (including Noord, Zaandam, or Assendelft). I am looking for a room with registration and my budget is around €750, flexible to could go higher for a place within cycling distance of the CvA. I am open to either a shared student flat or a room with a host family. I am a non-smoker and a very tidy person, I enjoy meeting new people and sharing a respectful, friendly living space. While I study music (jazz saxophone), I do all my practicing at the Conservatory’s practice rooms to ensure a quiet environment at home. Along with my studies, I also plan to look for a part-time job. My parents are my guarantors.

I dont drink alcohol but enjoy it when people around me are having a swell time over beer or wine. At the same time. I dont do drugs but am liberal when it comes to the views on drugs. My general rule is, I dont do drugs but I dont put my nose in what other people do. When not working I enjoy spending my time at home or walking around with my photographic camera. Im an avid amatour photographer and shoot both in digital and on film. As I am a computer nerd by nature I prefer spending the time at home tinkering with my computers and doing online activities. Next to that I like to spend the evenings watching films or series or reading a good book. When it comes to my home Im very protective of it and I have the need to keep everything in order. While not a party type of any sort I do understand the value of inviting people to the home for some fun but generally I prefer meeting people out on the town so during weekends I might prefer to spend the whole day in one of Europes big cities for some fun. Hi! am a Spanish 24 y/o girl who is moving to The Hague next September to course an LLM. I am a qualified lawyer in Spain and am currently working as a legal trainee at a Criminal Law firm. I would describe myself as someone sociable, easygoing and friendly. Hallo! Ik ben Tristan en ik ben bezig met mijn 3de jaar Technical Computer Science aan de UT. Ook al ben ik een echte computer nerd, lijkt het me toch gezellig om met een aantal anderen samen te wonen. Tot nu toe heb ik genoten van het OV elke dag, maar daar ben ik onderhand wel een beetje klaar mee, dus ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Enschede. Ik zelf ben vooral een rustige jongen, en daarom ben ik ook op zoek naar een rustig huis met niet al te veel leden, maar daarnaast vindt ik het af en toe ook gezellig om wat samen met het huis te doen. Ik speel zelf nu al een aantal jaar gitaar (wat af en to door het huis te horen kan zijn) en muziek is daardoor een belangrijk onderdeel geworden van mijn leven. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik ervan om met mijn vrienden af te spreken, nieuwe talen te leren (een recente hobby) en veel te lezen. Je zal me vaak vinden in de bibliotheek of in mijn kamer, werkend aan mijn studie. Als een huisgenoot kan je van mij een respectvolle en verantwoordelijk manier van communicatie verwachten. Ik ben zelf heel erg georganiseerd en schoon. Als het om samenleven gaat, ben ik super verantwoordelijk en netjes. Je hoeft je geen zorgen te maken over een rommelige gemeenschappelijke ruimte of de vuile vaat die zich opstapelt. Bovendien ben ik altijd in voor een goede sfeer en het creëren van een positieve leefomgeving. We zijn tenslotte grotendeels allemaal studenten, en een vieze woonruimte is geen manier om te leven als je ook nog eens diep in projecten en huiswerk zit.
