Hoi, ik ben Mika, 21 jaar en ik zoek vanaf 1 september een kamer in Enschede voor mijn pre-master en master. Op dit moment ben ik bezig met het afronden mijn studie Facility Management aan de HAN University of Applied Sciences in Nijmegen. Vanaf september 2026 start ik met de master Business Administration aan de Universiteit Twente. Daarom zoek ik een kamer voor ongeveer 1,5 jaar. In mijn vrije tijd kijk ik graag films, thuis of in de bioscoop, game ik en speel ik korfbal. Ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een sociaal persoon en vind samen eten en af en toe iets doen in huis leuk, maar ik waardeer tegelijkertijd ook rust en mijn eigen ruimte. I'll be moving to the Netherlands at the end of August to get my Masters in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University (The Hague Campus). I'm very excited to be studying "abroad" (or away from home, I guess) again, as I find that experiencing new cultures is one of the best things a young person can do. I'm a huge fan of traveling and I got my Bachelor's degree in the United States, so I think living somewhere different in Europe for my Masters will be a cool change. I'm used to living with people, I've always grown up with siblings and spent the last four years living with 1, 2 and all the way up to 6 people, so I'd say I'm quite adaptable and know how roommate life works. As for my free time, I looove all things food and going out to eat, hanging out with my roommates, reading, going out on the weekends but also having fun nights in. I would describe myself as outgoing, responsible, independent, easygoing, and fun to be around. I'm also a very active person, I've played tennis my whole life and played college sports while in the US but generally enjoy most sports (especially volleyball and football).
