Hi! My name is Sára, and I am a 19-year-old student who will be starting the second year of my Bachelor's degree in Arts and Culture Studies this September. I am originally Czech but have lived in Belgium my entire life, which has allowed me to become fluent in Czech, English, and French. I also speak a bit of Spanish. In my free time, I love anything creative, whether it's art, fashion, or other creative projects. I am also very active and regularly attend dance classes. Before that, I practiced circus arts and gymnastics for several years. I already have experience living with others, having shared accommodation with seven people before, so I understand the importance of being respectful, communicative, and considerate of shared spaces. I am a clean and organized person who likes to keep common areas tidy. Although I am naturally quite introverted, I am friendly, open-minded, and enjoy getting to know new people. Regarding finances, I currently have a legal guardian who manages my finances and guarantees my rent payments, as I am focused on my studies. However, I am also planning to find a part-time job alongside university. I look forward to finding a welcoming place to live in:)

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current living conditions and open up new opportunities.

I'm quiet and easy to live with, but sociable too, I genuinely enjoy cooking, a shared meal or a beer in the evening, and I can just as happily have a calm night in.
