I'm quiet and tidy, spend most of my days at the library or archive, and I'm easy to live with — I've rented rooms in shared houses in several countries and am comfortable with shared kitchens and common spaces. Because my stay is under four months, I don't need to register at the municipality, so rooms where registration isn't possible work fine for me. I can provide my official IIAS invitation letter and proof of funds, and I'm happy to pay the full rental period in advance. I reply quickly and can do a video viewing at short notice.
