Hello! I am Jira, 24, lived in the Netherlands for almost 7 years, previously living in Ireland and lagös in the past. I am looking for a home in Rotterdam as I aim to start my master's degree in September. I had previously lived in Rotterdam, so I have good knowledge of the city and would be able to fit in seamlessly in any condition both as a lone renter and a roommate. In terms of financial situation, I currently am a full-time masters degree student, but i have a guarantor – my mother – who will be paying the rent. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 18 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is 100% firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off.
