Hoewel ik Nederlandse ouders heb, heb ik nooit eerder in Nederland gewoond – maar door de vele Nederlandse gasten en collega’s in ons hotel voel ik me sterk verbonden met beide culturen. De afgelopen twee jaar heb ik fulltime meegewerkt in het hotel. Daar heb ik van alles gedaan: van koken en bedienen tot receptiewerk, buschauffeur spelen en administratie.
