Beste verhuurder, met veel interesse ben ik op korte termijn op op zoek naar een eigen ruimte. Mijn naam is Quinten en ben 26 jaar oud. Ik ben afstuderend hbo-student journalistiek en op zoek naar een ruimte en nieuwe start waar ik mijn studie af kan maken en na werk thuis mag komen. Op dit moment woon ik nog thuis in Kortenhoef, NH. Ik ben verantwoordelijk, zelfstandig, sociaal, netjes en rustig. Ik werk ruim 2,5 jaar bij één horecabedrijf als kok naast mijn studie, waar ik nu een bruto maaninkomen heb van rond de €2000,-. Dit betreft 3 vaste werkdagen van minimaal 24 uur per week. Ik doe dit werk al acht jaar parttime in verschillende bedrijven met veel plezier en passie. Mijn inkomen kan verhoogd worden, indien dit nodig is om in aanmerking te komen voor uw ruimte/woning. Ik heb een verantwoordelijke financiële situatie, spaar elke maand en daarnaast staat een familielid garant. Na het afronden van mijn studie binnen elke maanden, ga ik fulltime werken en zal de overstap maken naar werk binnen mijn vakgebied: de journalistiek. In mijn vrije tijd doe ik aan fotografie, wandelen en sporten in de natuur, koken en (buitenlands) nieuws volgen. Wat een ruimte/woning betreft ben ik al zeer tevreden met een rustige kamer van in ieder geval 10 m2, met eventueel een kitchenette. Badkamer en andere voorzieningen deel ik graag en hou deze net zo graag in nette staat. Ik ben een 26-jarige Franse professional en werk sinds ongeveer een jaar als projectmanager in Amsterdam, nadat ik hier een paar jaar geleden al eerder heb gewoond. Hoewel ik nu in Amsterdam werk, is Utrecht (Utreg) altijd mijn veilige haven gebleven.
