I'd describe myself as calm, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces and other people's privacy. My days are mostly structured around lectures, studying, and personal coding projects. I'm not someone who throws parties or makes a lot of noise, however in my free time I do enjoy bouldering, running, or hanging out with friends to stay active. I don't smoke and don't have any pets. I'm happy to furnish the room myself if needed, and I have no issue sharing kitchen, bathroom, or other common facilities with housemates. I can provide proof of enrollment at TU/e, a parental guarantee, and proof of financial support if needed. My visa is already approved and the MVV is in my passport, so my arrival is confirmed. My sponsor covers my stay and I also have IND-verified proof of sufficient funds for the whole period. I can send my passport, enrolment letter and financial documents right away. As a housemate: I don't smoke, I'm tidy, and usually quiet since I'm mostly studying. I cook a fair bit and I'm always up for sharing a meal or hanging out. Back home I work as a finance and planning intern, so I'm used to being organised and paying on time.
