My name is Jihyeok nam(my English name is Juk), I’m 23 years old and I’m originally from South Korea. Starting in August 2025, I’ll be studying at Erasmus University as part of a dual degree program in Economics, and I’m currently looking for a place to stay from mid-to-late August 2025 until August 2026. Financially, I’m very stable. In addition to personal savings that cover more than 10 months of rent, I currently run an online education business that brings in over €2,500 per month. This ensures I can reliably cover both the monthly rent and deposit without any issues, and I’m happy to provide proof of funds if needed. I have always been passionate about econometrics, and I’m excited to pursue this interest further at Erasmus University. This opportunity in the Netherlands is ideal for my academic goals, as it will allow me to deepen my understanding of economic data analysis and gain valuable global perspectives.
