My name is Melcher and I am looking for a rental home around the stations of Breda, Tilburg (University), and possibly Utrecht. However, my preference is for the former. After my relationship ended in July, I am looking for a new place of my own. I work for the Municipality of Deurne, where I am committed to the realization of housing projects, and I currently still live in Tilburg. I take the train to work, hence the preference for these locations. I am a quiet and reliable tenant. In the past, I have always lived with others, which has always gone to my complete satisfaction. I take good care of my belongings and therefore also of my living environment. Additionally, I am handy with my hands, I do not make noise, and I have a sustainable lifestyle. Consequently, I assume that I can consider myself a good tenant. I do not have pets, so I am looking for a home of my own where I can rebuild my life. My interests lie in music, travel, hiking, eating/socializing, and I enjoy working on cars. In addition, I am very familiar with the city of Breda, as I spent my high school years here and my parents even moved here a few years ago. Hence my preference for this city, although I am certainly familiar with the other cities as well. Furthermore, I am very flexible regarding the moving date, preferably as soon as possible.
