Hi! My name is Luis, I'm 24 and I study climate protection and climate adaptation near Munich, where I'm originally from. From the beginning of September 2026 until the beginning or middle of February 2027 I'll be doing an internship in an NGO in the middle of Amsterdam – and I'm looking for a room for that period. I'd describe myself as outgoing, open-minded and energetic, but I equally enjoy calm and cozy evenings at home. I love music (playing and listening), spending time in nature, and sports like running and climbing. As a housemate I'm easy to live with: clean, respectful of shared spaces, and I do my part without having to be asked. I enjoy having a good connection with my housemates, but I also value everyone having their own space. My girlfriend is Dutch, so my spoken Dutch is already at a decent level and I'd love to use it more day to day (writing is still the harder part, hence this text in English). Hi everyone! I'm Lola, 22 years old and from Vienna, Austria. I'll be moving to the Netherlands at the end of August to get my Masters in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University (The Hague Campus). Ideally, I'm trying to find a room in a shared apartment/house with roommates or a small apartment/studio either in The Hague, Leiden or Delft to rent for a little more than a year starting mid-August. I'm very excited to be studying "abroad" (or away from home, I guess) again, as I find that experiencing new cultures is one of the best things a young person can do. I'm a huge fan of traveling and I got my Bachelor's degree in the United States, so I think living somewhere different in Europe for my Masters will be a cool change. I'm used to living with people, I've always grown up with siblings and spent the last four years living with 1, 2 and all the way up to 6 people, so I'd say I'm quite adaptable and know how roommate life works. As for my free time, I looove all things food and going out to eat, hanging out with my roommates, reading, going out on the weekends but also having fun nights in. I would describe myself as outgoing, responsible, independent, easygoing, and fun to be around. I'm also a very active person, I've played tennis my whole life and played college sports while in the US but generally enjoy most sports (especially volleyball and football).
