About me: I am Bernardo, but everyone calls me Bernie, I am 21 years old (22 in August :)), I am from Portugal and this will be my second year living abroad in the Netherlands, as a student. To continue my MSc in Biomedical engineering at the university of the Twente, I will be doing an internship at the Radboud University Medical Center from September to January (winter semester). For this reason, I am looking for housing approximately within that period! I am used to shared living, and I am absolutely comfortable living with any gender. I like to socialize and chill with my roommates, whether to do more cozy activities like playing games, watching movies and cooking or to grab a drink and go on a night out. Design en architectuur spelen natuurlijk een grote rol in mijn leven, maar als ik niet aan het schetsen ben, maak ik meestal muziek (met koptelefoon, dus niemand zal er last van hebben :) ), ben ik aan het schilderen of doe ik aan sport. Ik ben op dit moment ook Nederlands aan het leren. Als huisgenoot ben ik relaxed, netjes en makkelijk in de omgang. Born and raised in Jerez de la Frontera, I am Spanish and have lived there until I was 18, when I went to study in the United States for a year. I have been living in The Hague for two years now, but my connection to the Netherlands goes back over eight years, thanks to a close family friendship in Amsterdam.
