Hi! My name is Martim, I’m a 22-year-old Portuguese student and I’ll be starting the ICT programme at Fontys University of Applied Sciences this September. I’m a calm, respectful and tidy person who enjoys a friendly home environment while also respecting everyone’s privacy. In my free time I like surfing, music, going to the gym, gaming and spending time with friends. I’m looking for a room from August for at least one academic year, with the possibility of staying longer if everything goes well. I don’t smoke and I take good care of the place where I live. My parents will act as guarantors and I also have my own savings from previous work in the Netherlands, so rent payments are secure and reliable.
